OWNERSHIP OF SITE; AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF USE
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Strontium web site located at www.strontium.biz, and all associated sites linked to www.strontium.biz by Strontium, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Strontium sites around the world (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Strontium (“Strontium”). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
Strontium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. PRIVACY
Strontium receives and stores information you provide to us in the course of registering your product and checking warranty. We use this information to respond to your requests, and to communicate with you. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for example: sending postal mail and e-mail and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We will NEVER sell or otherwise make available the information you give us to any other organization or entity.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit the site, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this site or to products you purchase through this site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Strontium’s intellectual property rights, Strontium may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
